رفقای عزیز!
مراتب تسلیت ما را به مناسبت درگذشت رفیق حفیظ، مائوئیست سابقه دار و انترناسیونالیست پرولتری نیرومند بپذیرید. ما او را به یاد داریم، به ویژه بخاطر تلاشش برای تامین موفقیت جلسه گسترده تاریخی جنبش انقلابی انترناسیونالیستی، که در آن مارکسیزم – لنینیزم – مائوئیزم را به مثابه رهنمای ایدیولوژیک جنبش پذیرفت.
هم اکنون حزب شما و نیروهای مائوئیست جهان در نبرد علیه انواع جدید رویزیونیزم مثل اواکیانیزم و اپورتونیزم راست پاراچندا – باترای، با مسئولیت های ایدیولوژیکی و سیاسی عظیمی مواجه هستند. فقدان اینچنین رفیق باتجربه و توانا در این مقطع، بدون شک یک صدمه بزرگ است. فداکاری و تعهدی که توسط رفیق حفیظ در اجرای وظایف کمونیستی اش حمل می گردید، ما را الهام می بخشد تا بر این ضایعه بزرگ چیره گردیم.
مراتب تسلیت مان را از طریق شما به خانواده رفیق حفیظ و تمامی اعضای حزب تان ابراز می نماییم.

Dear comrades,
We condole the death of comrade Hafiz, a veteran Maoist and staunch proletarian internationalist. He is remembered by us, especially for his effort to ensure the success of the historic Expanded Meeting of the RIM, which adopted Marxism-Leninism-Maoism as its ideological guide.
Today your party and the world Maoist forces are faced with great ideological and political responsibilities in the fight against new brands of revisionism such as Avakianism and Prachanda-Bhattarai right opportunism. The loss of such an experienced and capable comrade at this juncture is no doubt a big blow. The dedication and commitment brought by comrade Hafiz to his communist tasks remain with us as an inspiration to overcome it.
Through you we express our sorrow to comrade Hafiz’s family and to all the members of your party.
