The Speech of the Representative of the Communist (Maoist) Party of Afghanistan at the International Conference in Support of the People’s War in India

Comrades!

On behalf of the Communist (Maoist) Party of Afghanistan I congratulate the organizers of this important internationalist event. This conference, in support of the revolutionary war in India, with the presence of delegations from revolutionary organizations and movements from tens of countries from around the world, is a great example and expression of proletarian internationalism.

The Communist (Maoist) Party of Afghanistan has strived to support the campaign in support of the people’s war in India. We have translated the call to support the people’s war in India into Farsi-Dari and have distributed it widely.

Comrades!

The people’s war in India is increasingly becoming a cause of hope for revolutionaries around the world. We are all encouraged by the advances of the revolutionary war in India since it is currently the cutting edge of struggle against semi-feudalism, capitalism and imperialism, as well as the struggle for new democracy, socialism and communism globally.

Comrades!

It is our internationalist duty to support the people’s war in India. We should remember that the imperialist masters and capitalist oppressors are keenly aware of the dangers this revolutionary war poses for their interests. Therefore, they are losing no opportunity to conspire against the revolutionary war in India.

As we are aware how the Israeli spy services agency, with direct encouragement of the American imperialists, are working with and training the Indian repressive forces in assassinating the revolutionary leaders in India, we know that this is the manifestation of the internationalism of the bourgeoisie in working together to defend their class interest. Therefore, it is our class duty as proletarian internationalists to stand beside the revolutionaries in India as their struggle is part of the struggle of our class and now the most glowing part of this struggle.

Comrades!

At this moment, it is important to remember that leading this kind of internationalist struggle is the duty of an international organization of the communists. If we had our Marxist-Leninist-Maoist international organization we would have been able to lead such internationalist campaigns more widely, regularly and effectively. When the Revolutionary Internationalist Movement [RIM] existed, as senior comrades in this hall must recall, it was able to carry an important international campaign in defense of the life of chairman Gonzalo that touched all corners of the world and mobilized an unprecedented mass movement around the world.

But as a result of deviationist lines that emerged in the leading body of the RIM we have been deprived of our international organization. Therefore, it is the internationalist duty of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist organizations to strive for the formation of an MLM international organization. That is the principled way to support revolutionary struggles in India and elsewhere.

Comrades!

It also should be reiterated that the best way to support the revolutionary war in India is to intensify the fight against semi-feudalism, capitalism, and imperialism everywhere. And that is also to say to launch people’s wars elsewhere. Therefore, the C(M)PA affirms in order to support the people’s war in India it is our duty to start the people's war in Afghanistan––that in the current conjuncture of an imperialist occupation, our duty would be to launch a revolutionary peoples war of national resistance against the imperialist occupation. Once again, on behalf of the C(M)PA and revolutionaries from Afghanistan, I congratulate the organizers of this conference and salute the participants and attendees of this conference!

Long live the great people’s war in India!

Long live the Communist Party of India (Maoist)!

Long live Marxism-Leninism-Maoism!

Long live proletarian internationalism!
